Dr. Sukanya Patel is a Food scientist, Agripreneur, research mentor having more than 20 years of experience in Research and Development in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical and functional foods industries.
She is a PhD holder in Biotechnology and worked in some of the top organizations such as Plantex Biotechnologies Ltd., Sami-S Labs Ltd, and The Himalaya Drug Company in the development of over 20 innovative wellness products. She has a background of food science, phytochemistry, regulatory affairs and product standardization, and has made a major contribution towards regulation systems, including AYUSH, USP and EP.
As the Scientific Mentor for 9TATTVAS, she has guided the development of its health mixes, bringing her expertise in nutrition, formulation, quality and product development to create thoughtfully formulated products.
